I have used it in a herbal regimen to reduce total cholesterol as well as the bad cholesterol (LDL) It has been used for centuries to reduce menstrual pain

Individuals with type 2 diabetes have other factors due to their disease that can cause heart problems. This includes high levels of malondialdehyde and Apolipoprotein B/Apolipoprotien A.
