There are wet and dry saunas used by many individuals. I find the best sauna to be an infrared. In our office - Connecticut Integrative Medical Center we use the Sunlighten Infrared Sauna for many conditions. I find this to be effective , therapeutic and an excellent treatment for many serious medical conditions
Those that have viral conditions which the virus is exposed to the nose, throat, and brochia are exposed to direct heat in these types of saunas. You can breathe while in these saunas.
Other individuals prefer to use traditional hot or wet inhalations. I remember my mother putting a vaporizer in the bathroom and running a hot shower. The vaporized had eucalyptus in it. After 10 minutes she asked us to go inside the bathroom for 10-15 minutes and breath.
Try a sauna…or at least do a wet inhalation treatment at home
