The ThermaVein® Procedure

Because ThermaVein® is non-invasive, no topical numbing cream of anesthesia is required. During treatment, the ThermaVein® probe will be used to compress the vein. A pulse of energy is then sent out, which seals the vein closed. This hinders blood from circulating through the vein, causing it to naturally break down within the body over time. This process is repeated along the vein until full results are achieved. Treatment is quick, taking just 15 minutes to complete.
