Cosmetic (nano) microneedling face (60-90 min)

  • Nano microneedling, body acupuncture, facial exfoliation, hyaluronic acid + herbal serum and Photobiomodulation (LED light) therapy. 

  • Post treatment take home: 1 stem cell + herbal serum, 1 herbal mask for continuing care.

Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT) - Microneedling Face (60-90 min)

  • Added neck, head, belly, breast

Medical Microneedling (CIT) PRP Face or Head (75-90 min)

  • Medical microneedling, PRP, body acupuncture, facial exfoliation, (Growth factor Stem Cell Serum, hyaluronic acid Mask + herbal serum and Photobiomodulation (LED light) therapy are skin dependent and used as needed).

  • Post-treatment take home: Individualized PRP and botanical serum for continuing care and regeneration.

Medical PRP Microneedling with PRP (75-90 min)

Fascia Lift (Face lift) Acupuncture (60-90 min)

  • Areas: Forehead, cheekbone, jowls, neck

  • Non-invasive face lift, fascia tightening to lift and correct targeted areas in the face and/or neck. Photobiomodulation (LED light) therapy, Electrical stimulation, facial cupping and or guasha, topical dermabrasion, hyaluronic acid and topical herbals may be used to enhance therapy.

  • Recommended in conjunction with SRA (Skin Rejuvination Acupuncture) for induction of collagen formation and muscle memory for best lift results.

  • For maximum results, monthly session for 4-6 months and SRA weekly. Modalities used depend on skin and individual.  Results may vary due to skin condition, age and overall health.

Lipolysis acupuncture (45-60 min)

  • Areas: Buttocks, thighs, belly, arms, legs, back

  • Non-invasive fascia tightening with Electrical stimulation of problem area to reduce fat. Photobiomodulation therapy, nutrition evaluation, lifestyle and psychological eval is utilized to enhance therapy. 

  • For maximum results, once monthly session for 6 months. Modalities used depend individual.  Results may vary due to skin condition, age and overall health.

Lipolysis acupuncture (45-60 min)

  • Areas: Face, head, neck, décolletage and upper chest

  • Negative and positive pressure manipulation with Guasha, cupping and TuiNa, focused on the specific condition (Edema, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Headache, Sinus, Skin disorders, Post-Surgery). For cancer treatments (breast, head and neck cancers) edema. Aesthetic for collagen and re-sculpt face.  Botanical oils used to enhance detox.

Weight Loss Detox (Initial 75-90 min, follow up 60 min)

This program will provide you with the proper tools to continue changing your diet and lifestyle while maintaining your desired weight.  Includes a complete health evaluation, standard labs*, food sensitivity testing (value at $100), and a comprehensive plan designed for each individual with diet, exercise, mental health evaluation and support.  Constitutional (body) acupuncture is included in this program. Additional testing is available. Modalities such as lipolysis acupuncture and skin tightening microneedling are recommended and may be added at additional cost. 

stress & anxiety (60 min)

In addition to TCM diagnosis, acupuncture, and herbal/ dietary recommendations, visit can include one or more of the following: cupping therapy, moxibustion, gua sha, auricular (ear acupuncture), plant based and herbal topicals, bright light therapy

Seasonal Affective Disorder/Mood support/Seasonal balance (60 min)

In addition to TCM diagnosis, acupuncture, and herbal/dietary  recommendations, visit can include one or more of the following: electric needle stimulation (EStim), cupping therapy, bright light therapy, moxibustion, gua sha, auricular (ear acupuncture), plant-based and herbal topicals. 

Perinatal/Postpartum Mental Health

This service is available and included in the Fertility evaluation and detox program as needed with a standard consultation. Mental health evaluation prior to, during pregnancy and post part to help support your mental health. Includes a complete body and mind intake, standard lab evaluation and individualized plan. Treatments include diet/exercise plans, supplement and herbal treatments, acupuncture to address imbalances and counseling. Prescriptions if needed will be evaluated and prescribed by Dr. Fratellone.

  • Pregnancy Bundles Acupuncture (90 minutes. 3, 6, or 9 months, at once or twice per month)
