Dr. David Prince
Dr. David Prince received his Medical Degree from the
Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City
where he graduated with distinction in research. He
continued his training in Internal Medicine at The Mount
Sinai Hospital in New York City and pursued additional
training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with an
emphasis in cardiac rehabilitation at The Montefiore
Medical Center. Dr. Prince is Board certified in both
Internal Medicine and Physical Medicine and
Rehabilitation. He currently holds dual academic
appointments at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine
in both the Departments of Physical Medicine and
Rehabilitation as an Assistant Professor, and in
Internal Medicine as an Instructor in Clinical Medicine.
Dr. Prince is currently conducting clinical research in
numerous areas including the relationship between stress
reduction and exercise capacity, the effect of cardiac
rehabilitation on heart failure patients, compliance
with exercise programs, and the effect of nutritional
status on response to rehabilitation.Dr. Prince has been
interviewed on The CBS Morning show, CBS “Live at 5”,
and is a regular guest on the morning program “Open”
featured on Bronxnet. He has been quoted in the New York
Times Health Section, ABC News.com, Better Homes and
Garden’s Heart Healthy Living Magazine, Runner’s World
Magazine, Advance Magazine, and in Never Shower in a
Thunderstorm by Anahad O’ Connor. |

Melissa Holowecki, RN, MS, FNP-C
Melissa is a Family Nurse Practitioner, certified
through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She
completed her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing at Hawaii
Pacific University. Melissa has experience as a
registered nurse in Medical/Surgical/Oncology,
MICU/SICU/CVCU/CCU, Level One Trauma Center Emergency
Rooms, as well as nursing education. Melissa earned a
Master’s of Science within the Family Nurse Practitioner
Program at Columbia University, where she later worked
as a Nurse Practitioner in Neurology Critical Care. She
is a member of a variety of professional organizations
to include Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor
Society, the Nurse Practitioner Association of NY/Long
Island, and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
She currently is enrolled at the University of Arizona’s
Program in Integrative Medicine. Melissa is delighted
and honored to become a member of Fratellone Medical
Associates.

Thomas A. Hagerty, RN, MSN, Adult NP
Mr. Hagerty is a Nurse Practitioner at Fratellone Medical
Associates. He has worked as a registered nurse for 15 years in
acute care cardiology and nephrology settings, as well as in a
neurological intensive care unit. In addition to an advanced
degree in Nursing, Mr. Hagerty holds a Bachelor's degree in
English literature and a Master's degree in Education. He is a
member of numerous professional organizations including Sigma
Theta Tau (the International Honor Society of Nursing Scholars),
the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, the American
Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and the New York State Nurses
Association. His is also certified in Advance Cardiac Life
Support by the American Heart Association. Mr. Hagerty studied
to become a Nurse Practitioner at Hunter College, and finished
over 250 clinical hours at Fratellone Medical Associates; he is
pleased and honored to be a member of this prestigious practice

Registered Nurse, EECP Technician
Joan has been with Dr. Patrick Fratellone for the past 10 years,
first at The Atkins Center for Complementary Center before
coming to private practice with Dr. Fratellone. |

Samin I. Hatem
Medical Technician
Samin has worked as an Intravenous Technologist for the past 4
years at The Wellness Center, New York. He received his IV
technical training at Empire Career School in New York and is
Nationally Certified from The National Paramedical Association
in IV therapy. Samin received his formal training as a
Bacteriologist from the Metropolitan University, South America. |

Dominika Kubika, M.A.
Medical Assistant to Dr. Fratellone and Intravenous Technologist
Dominika is a certified Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist and as
an ECG Technician. Prior to coming to Fratellone Medical
Associates, Dominika worked as a Nurse Technician at the
Hospital for Special Surgeries. |
